Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts in Iraq
- Understand client business needs and present tailored SAP and digital transformation solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the prompt resolution of issues
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure successful project implementation and support
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports to management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology solution selling or IT services
- Strong background in managing B2B sales cycles with enterprise or government clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts
- A strong understanding of SAP solutions and the technology landscape is preferred
Based in Iraq with a willingness to travel within the country and region as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the Iraqi SAP market and business environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
