mselect is hiring a Sales Supervisor for an international FMCG client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Job Objective
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling a variety of food products to businesses in the region. Build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.

  • Find and approach potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, businesses)
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Meet sales targets to boost company revenue
  • Provide great customer service and resolve issues
  • Understand products well for effective communication
  • Work with marketing for effective promotions
  • Train new team members and ensure consistent messaging
  • Research markets for growth opportunities and trends
  • Persuasively present products to potential clients
  • Gather and share client feedback for improvements
  • Analyse sales data, negotiate contracts, ensure profitability
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth order processing
  • Spot chances for upselling/cross-selling
  • Attend sales meetings and visit key clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant food sales experience
  • Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English
