mselect is looking for a Sales Engineer for a pharmaceutical client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting and product demonstrations
  • Repair, Calibration, and Electrical Safety of Medical Equipment
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical devices
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts as required to management

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the medical devices industry
  • Solid understanding of medical devices and their applications
  • Strong knowledge in networking, software troubleshooting and application
  • Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Repair, Calibration, and Electrical Safety of Medical Equipment
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, diagnostic equipment, and procedures used in biomedical engineering
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a timely manner
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish language is of an advantage
