Key Responsibilities
- The candidate should be able to identify existing and future opportunities in the UAE market
- The candidate should be capable of establishing relationships with clients to guarantee long-term business relationships
- The candidate should be knowledgeable of how the fit-out and interior design industry operates, from receiving a brief to the final execution
- The candidate should be driven and should easily find a way with the internal team to meet the required deliverables and get all the support needed to land a business
- The candidate should be capable of putting sales presentations together in a way that can excite clients
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal direction and find solutions to obstacles and challenges
- The candidate should be a multitasker while maintaining the quality of delivery
- The candidate should possess the basics of creativity or seek creative ideas from the team
- The candidate should have the ability to approach clients, both for commercial as well as residential fit-out and/or construction projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or related industry
- A minimum of 10-15 years of work experience within the interior design and fit-out industry
- Excellent communication skills
