MSELECT is looking to hire a General Manager for an industrial client in Babil. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows the company regulations
Qualification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in preforms and plastic field.
