Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager specializing in luxury cars to drive fleet sales growth in Erbil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet sales, deep knowledge of the local automotive market, and strong relationships with car showrooms, dealerships, and corporate clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maximize sales opportunities in the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury vehicles
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, rental agencies, and high-net-worth individuals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car showrooms, dealerships, and key stakeholders in the automotive industry
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury car segment
- Prepare and present customized fleet proposals, pricing models, and financing solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to enhance customer experience and retention
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand awareness
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fleet sales, preferably within the luxury/premium automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of the Iraq automotive market, including key players, showrooms, and fleet buyers
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and dealerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (English, Arabic, Kurdish)
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
