Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall culinary vision and strategy across all assigned properties or projects
- Responsible for providing strategic culinary advisory and consultancy for VVIP and luxury facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP Level 4 or equivalent) is mandatory
- Advanced training or certification in International Cuisine, Nutrition, or Kitchen Management (preferred)
- Membership in recognized culinary associations (e.g., World Association of Chefs Societies, Emirates Culinary Guild, etc) is an added advantage
