mselect is looking for a Commercial Manager for an industrial client in Basra. Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

Job Summary:
A Sales manager leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing sales and collection objectives
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Access to the costumer
  • Preparing sales report
  • Customers follow up order
  • Customer satisfaction report on product quality and delivery
  • Follow up on financial collection from the customer
  • Achieving collection target
  • Looking for new potential customer
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Any other tasks assigned by his line manager

Requirements, Skills, and Qualification:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Accountant, Food Industry or related field
  • Experience in implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written sales report and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Experience in customer relationship management. At least 2 years in same market or relative
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team. At least 2 years and above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Arabic, English, Kurdish)
