Job Purpose
The B2B Marketing Specialist role is results-driven, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing lead generation campaigns, events, and webinars that drive sales pipeline growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in stakeholder management, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid media, events, webinars) in collaboration with the product team, sales team, and agencies
- Manage marketing events and webinars from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Ensure all leads are accurately captured in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Track and monitor leads through the sales funnel, providing regular reports on conversion rates and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure opportunities are followed up and closed, maintaining a closed loop reporting process
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and on budget
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and feedback loops
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints
Requirements
- Proven 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and CRM-based campaign management
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, Wrike, Swoogo)
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder and agency management
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data
- Experience with event/webinar management tools and marketing automation platforms
