Job Purpose
Account Manager – Banking & Fintech serves as a core member of enterprise sales projects in the finance industry. They are responsible for managing customer relationships, participating in and leading sales projects to success, resolving customer issues, and supporting business growth to achieve market breakthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt market insights and plans for target customers of the finance sector (banks, fintech companies, etc)
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic and core customers in the finance sector
- Build a healthy partner ecosystem in the industry
- Develop and execute the brand plan for the industry customers under charge
- Ensure the achievement of the business goals of the responsible industry
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in the banking sector or fintech companies
- Understand the local banks and related integrated fintech companies in Iraq, and gain insight into and understand the internal key personnel and decision-making chain of customers and partners
- Master the basic knowledge of the financial industry and understand the development and trends of the financial industry
- Accumulate knowledge in enterprise business-related domains
- Excellent English communication skills and excellent speaking skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication and speaking skills
