Course Overview

This 3-day training provides leaders with the mindset, language, and tools necessary to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse work environment. Through real-world scenarios, self-reflection, and group activities, participants will explore how leadership decisions impact DEI outcomes, and how inclusive leadership can drive team performance, innovation, and well-being.

Day 1 – Foundations of DEI and Self-Awareness

Day 2 – Inclusive Leadership & Bias Mitigation

  • Learn inclusive communication and active listening techniques.

  • Practice inclusive leadership behaviors in various scenarios.

Day 3 – Embedding DEI into Organisational Culture

  • Build strategies to integrate DEI into policies and practices.

  • Develop action plans for long-term inclusive leadership.
