mselect is looking to hire a Trade Marketing Supervisor for an FMCG Client in Sulaymaniyah. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic is mandatory.

Job Brief
To execute Trade Marketing calendar & strategies in the market place & analyzing Market requirements, customer needs, and channel-based needs of customers, activations, projects, special drives – Competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow Up contract’s implementation and Visibility and conditions
  • Assist in execution of all activities done across all channels and raise up the contracts to the management.
  • Help to improve the sales and sell out from the customer VS previous year
  • Follow up slow moving items on the shelves and plan how to improve it and Prepare sku-wise moving forecast by channel
  • Monitoring shelf prices of our products and competition and send reports on monthly basis
  • Follow up new launches Especially in MT channel and send reports about the consumer feedback
  • Follow up the rebates and discounts of the contracts and coordinate with marketing team for their compensations
  • Execute the marketing calendar in terms of trade marketing activities
  • Studying the customers by channels & the requirements for activation
  • Following up customers, their categorization & needs on channel basis
  • Making analysis of customer trends & customer classification
  • Follow-up of shop signage plans, banners, posters. Etc. and updating them accordingly
  • Supervising quality of marketing materials and organizing its process through using best available qualities
  • Running sampling in the best way that serves the brand
  • Supervising all promoters’ standards which are executed by Medical team during their sales activities
  • Prepare monthly Field activity calendar for Chains /Trade across KRG
  • Any other task required by management

  • B.A. Degree in Marketing or any equivalent certification
  • 3-4 years’ work experience, preferably in FMCG
