Job Purpose
The E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for executing and monitoring all sales and operational activities and direct invoicing platforms. The role ensures achievement of monthly brand KPIs, proper stock availability, accurate order processing, promotion follow-up and timely collections, while maintaining strong coordination with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & KPI Management:
- Follow up on monthly KPIs by brand to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Monitor online sales performance versus offline (brick & mortar) performance
- Conduct monthly web sales analysis and performance reporting
- Track and analyse promotional performance and best practices
- Support revenue growth initiatives across all online platforms
- Secure, process, and follow up on orders across all direct invoicing platforms
- Ensure accurate invoicing and follow up on order fulfilment
- Monitor operations by account/door to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and follow up on product returns and credit notes
- Monitor stock holding reports weekly to ensure coverage aligned with sales forecasts
- Follow up on Logistica warehouse stock levels and place replenishment orders based on minimum stock coverage
- Report out-of-stock items to Account Managers and take immediate corrective action
- Track product availability across websites and virtual applications
- Send availability reports to customers regularly
- Ensure products are live online as soon as available in the warehouse (imagery, copy, stock)
- Manage and update supplier listings, pricing, promotions, and brand availability
- Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and promotional mechanics online
- Track product imagery and digital content to ensure completeness and consistency
- Follow up on promotion execution (ordering, pricing, and deliveries)
- Coordinate promotional activities across platforms
- Keep Sales and Marketing teams informed about
- Pricing changes
- Competitor activities
- Promotions and market trends
- Ensure local execution aligns with group e-commerce strategy
- Share performance insights and best practices with client
- Implement group digital tools, policies, and reporting standards
- Follow up on collections and receivables related to e-commerce accounts
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- A Master’s or Professional Certification in related fields is an advantage

- Solid understanding of online customer acquisition and retention strategies
