MSELECT is looking to hire a Technical Support Technician for a retail client in Erbil. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in electronics maintenance. English fluency is a must, Kurdish and Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing faulted electronics
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Job Requirements
- knowledge on electronics maintenance like circuit board, power supply, etc.
- Can manage the correspondences with brands technical support offices.
- Know how to read and understand the datasheets and service guide of the items.
- Working Time: Two days a week, morning or evening.
