Responsibilities
- Engage with users & gather requirements for SharePoint site creation and development
- Should be able to develop and troubleshoot basic excel script/ macros
- Support users in basic IT issues
- Scheduling and closing monthly Controls in ITCM
- Reviewing Risk Assessments
- Reviewing and updating Deviations
- Reviewing on a monthly basis the Privilege IDs management and Removable Media Restrictions (RMR)
- BCP/ DRP activities (yearly documents update, test)
- IT equipment inventory verification and reconciliation activities
- Quarterly verification of stockroom, ordered and repaired assets, litigation hold assets
- Annual full Independent Stockroom verification
- Annually 2-way asset reconciliation
- Work orders for IT asset creation, deletion and update
- Monthly KPIs
- Physical and electronic fixed asset verification (every 5 years)
- Attends monthly regional asset contact meeting
- Point of contact for Ooredoo responsible for SIM card management for all wireless devices (activation, cancellation, transfer)
- Update the master wireless device user list used for accurate verification of monthly bill charges
- Department record contact (coordinate records clean up, review records due for destruction when retention period is met)
- Budget coordinator for Saudi projects, responsible of updating the budget and closing in SAP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 5 years of IT experience preferably corporate environment at an international company
- Fluency in English is a must
