JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the administration of company staff's international & domestic travel in accordance with company policies, co-organizing company conferences and workshops, and managing department contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the rotation and business travel for company staff in alignment with company travel policy
- Co-organizing company conferences/ events/ workshops
- Manage, monitor and control the department expenses within the approved budget
- Lead to complete department contract tendering process as per company procurement requirement
- Contract management to ensure the implementation fully satisfy the cost recovery & compliance requirement
- VOWD & budget performance report management
- Assist department manager to compile department’s annual budget
- Control department payment & reimbursement process
- Edit & update the section’s policy & procedures
- Section staff administration and team building
- Emergency responding and problem-solving
- Secretarial management to the company management team & president of the office
- Carry out the other responsibilities assigned by the line manager
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in the field
- Over 10 years’ experience, in Travel or Administration/Secretarial section in large oil fields
- Fluency in English oral and writing, understanding and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good Knowledge of SAP and OA system
- Good knowledge of the cost analysis and cost control
- Good knowledge of the office administration & executive secretary
