MSELECT is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator for a real estate service client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales. Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is a must, English is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Employee will be contacting real estate agents, set appointments and visit.
- Employee will be responsible for all the contacts with real estate agents.
- Regular visits will be done for the same agent.
- Checking the market price on regular basis and prepare data for market analysis
- Collecting all necessary data for posting the properties for the agents.
- Exchanging posted properties, and needs with the real estates by phone in early stages, and by WhatsApp till the real estate use to use the application.
- Employee can visit Sulaymaniyah and Duhok as well for meeting with agents and projects.
- Employee will be responsible and in contact with the real estate agents.
Required Skills
- Sales experience of 2 – 3 years (Service area is preferred)
- Kurdish and Arabic speaker
- Well knowledge of Erbil city districts
- Have his own car, and able to use it for the job.
- Well planning skill for visits and targeting customers.
- Very good communication skill
- Good analytical skill
- Good use of compute and Microsoft offices.
