mselect is looking to hire a Route to Market Specialist for a retail client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the route-to-market within the consumer durables and housewares industries. Fluency in English, Turkish, and Arabic is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse competitor products, pricing, and channel strategies to support new product launches
  • Gather customer and dealer feedback to support product positioning and market strategy
  • Monitor product distribution performance and recommend improvements
  • Track competitor activities and pricing changes, and provide regular reports
  • Ensure promotional materials and campaign assets are delivered to the correct locations
  • Coordinate field operations, including shelf organisation and stand setup
  • Collect and submit field photos and reports on campaign implementation
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, distribution, and product availability
  • Review distribution routes and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Conduct retail audits to monitor product availability, pricing, and shelf visibility
  • Improve route efficiency through field performance analysis
  • Provide translation support when coordinating with international offices

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience, with more than 2 years of RTM (Route-to-Market) experience in the Consumer Durables and housewares industries
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and planning skills
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Highly organised, able to multitask effectively, and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and analytical mindset; team-orientated
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
