Key Responsibilities
- Analyse competitor products, pricing, and channel strategies to support new product launches
- Gather customer and dealer feedback to support product positioning and market strategy
- Monitor product distribution performance and recommend improvements
- Track competitor activities and pricing changes, and provide regular reports
- Ensure promotional materials and campaign assets are delivered to the correct locations
- Coordinate field operations, including shelf organisation and stand setup
- Collect and submit field photos and reports on campaign implementation
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, distribution, and product availability
- Review distribution routes and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Conduct retail audits to monitor product availability, pricing, and shelf visibility
- Improve route efficiency through field performance analysis
- Provide translation support when coordinating with international offices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with more than 2 years of RTM (Route-to-Market) experience in the Consumer Durables and Housewares industry
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and planning skills
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Highly organised, able to multitask effectively, and meet critical deadlines
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset; team-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications
