Job Purpose
The PD will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the project, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, client expectations, and contractual obligations. The role provides overall leadership to project operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the delivery of high-quality integrated facility management services in compliance with QHSE standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with QHSE and Saudi regulations
- Manage project financial performance, budgets, and cost control
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations
- Lead and develop project teams to achieve performance goals
- Oversee vendor and contract management for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline; a master’s degree or recognized FM certification (IFMA, CFM, FMP, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 15 years of experience within facility management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE standards and Saudi regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
