Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing production processes
- Planning a production schedule
- Making decisions about equipment use and maintenance
- Implementing improvements to the production process
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
- Preparing production reports
- If problems are detected, stop processes and refer problems to maintenance
- Flexibility to work in other departments according to the work needs
- Obligate with the instruction conducted by the operation manager
- Communicates all pertinent information/issues/needs/ideas to production management as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Credentials:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/chemical / industrial engineering
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of a related experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts at functional and executive levels
- Ability to manage conflicts (e.g., Leadership skills, Change Management)
- Creating an atmosphere of collaboration
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Demonstrated a broad understanding of Production processes
- Strong focus on strategic and innovation aspects
- Distinguished knowledge in Spend Management (e.g., data analyses)
- Good knowledge of Production processes in ERP systems, especially SAP
- Problem-Solving
- Communication in English, Arabic & Kurdish is preferable
