mselect is looking for an Assistant Solar Power Plant Project Manager for an international oil and gas operator in Basrah. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is a must.

JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Manage the assigned project work.
  • Lead the PMC/PMT team which is assigned to this project. 
  • Ensure related engineering work meets standards, quality requirement, and ensure compliance the philosophy of the company.
  • Ensure related engineer work completed on time.
  • Ensure all related material purchased/made as per requirement of the company.
  • Ensure all related material purchased/made as per project schedule.
  • Ensure all project construction activities are made as per requirement of the company.
  • Ensure all project construction activities are made as per project schedule.
  • Ensure all project pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are made as per requirement of the company.
  • Ensure all project pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are made as per project schedule.
  • Ensure the project is proper handover to end user as per requirement of the company.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with different parties to ensure smooth project execution.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description

  • Capable to conduct conception and basic design of solar power plant.
  • Capable to conduct cost estimate of solar power plant.
  • Familiar with the solar products in market.
  • Manage project execution as per scope of Contract.
  • Manage project execution as per Quality of the company.
  • Manage project execution as per schedule of Contract.
  • Manage project as require of the company HSSE.
  • Manage project as require of the company Security.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical major.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills

  • Understanding of Oil & Gas industry, with sufficient knowledge of technical management, communication skills.
