If your company is looking for HR support but isn't quite ready to employ an HR person, this option is the perfect fit. You will have a dedicated HR professional working on site for you as part of your team on a fixed number of days each month. They will support you with your HR needs including employment advice, appraisals, management and retention.
With this package there will be no more recruitment fees on each placement. We take the hard work out of recruitment, and reduce the risk through psychometric assessment and profiling techniques as well as candidate referencing, all for your fixed monthly fee regardless of the number of candidates hired.
This combines the first two options, which can cover all elements of HR and Recruitment. Our dedicated recruitment consultants will help you retain the people you have hired through our in-house recruitment service and who are already in your team through the introduction of reviews and appraisal schemes and personal development plans.
Payroll
By outsourcing your payroll to MSELECT you can ensure your on the ground staff are paid accurately, on time every time. And you can be confident your payroll service will be fully compliant with the latest legislation and regulations.
