Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our media and marketing team in Basra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand standards and client objectives. This role requires strong technical editing skills, creativity, and a keen eye for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished videos for advertising and marketing purposes
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual ideas
- Enhance video content with music, graphics, and special effects
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and quality across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing software, and industry practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in production, Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
