Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demos
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate sales reports and client records
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate when needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or real estate
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic skills in MS Office and sales tools
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus)
- Good knowledge of the Erbil market
- Valid driver’s license preferred
