mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for an international training organization in Beirut. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English.
 
JOB OBJECTIVE
The main objectives of this position are to achieve the sales targets, collaborate closely with clients to recommend services that will meet their needs, and utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to resolve client issues and foster goodwill between the business and its clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct informal and formal needs analyses for each client to suggest the best services
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
  • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
  • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
  • Communicate with clients in Spanish or other local languages or refer them to a capable member of the team
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum 3 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation
 
Key Tools:
  • Microsoft office programs & salesforce
 
Key Competencies:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
