mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for a logistics client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.

Job Overview:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating revenue for our company by actively engaging with potential customers in various outdoor settings. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our services, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and approach potential customers, often in outdoor locations like events, trade shows, retail settings, or public areas
  • Present and promote the company's services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and leads using CRM software or sales tracking tools
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any post-sale concerns or inquiries
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including updates on activities, progress, and sales forecasts
  • Document outdoor sales activities and expenses accurately for reimbursement purposes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred but is not always required
  • Fresh Graduated
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field, especially in outdoor sales or direct customer interaction, is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in the face of sales challenges
  • Kurdish, Arabic and English 
Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor Sales Representatives work in various outdoor settings, which may include expos, fairs, public areas, and client locations
  • The role may require standing or walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or transporting sales materials
  • For daily commuting to your work station, please note that the responsibility for travel will be on the employee
  • Any travel related to outdoor sales activities will be covered by the company. This includes expenses incurred during client visits, events, and any other business-related travel directly associated with your outdoor sales responsibilities
