Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Managing the whole operation (Order, Invoice, Logistics, Payment)
- Risk Management (following receivables of Customers)
- Coaching the sales team
- Conducting regular sales meetings and providing coaching and feedback to team members
- Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics
- Managing relations with all partners (Wholesalers, independent dealers, etc)
- Reporting to HQ (Istanbul) regularly
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG or Consumer Products sector
- Languages: Arabic, English, and Turkish (all mandatory)
- Strong understanding of field operations and nationwide sales dynamics
- Valid driver’s licence with active driving skills
- No travel restrictions; willingness to travel to North and South Iraq
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
