mselect is looking to hire a Sales Manager for a marketing and advertising client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years of proven track record of success in sales management. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets, motivate team members, and provide guidance to ensure goals are consistently met.
Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to executive leadership.
Sales Training:
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the sales department budget to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising, marketing and understanding of market trends.
  • Results-oriented and strategic mindset.
