MSELECT is looking to hire a RF Engineer for a leading global technology client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Arabic.
Main Responsibilities
- 2G3G4G network planning and optimization, mainly 4G.
- GSM reframing and CloudAIR optimization experience, MM&4T6S activation and optimization,
- 2G3G4G KPI optimization, top cell analysis and optimization, and capacity analysis and improvement;
- 2G3G4G network expansion analysis, multi-sector optimization;
- 2G3G4G features introduce and implement;
- 2G3G4G complaint handling, including customer complaints and internal complaints;
- Collection of 2G3G4G network evaluation data;
- VIP complaints handling.
- Use daily planning and optimization tools.
