Job Purpose
The individual is a dynamic and experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager responsible for leading and overseeing high-quality interior construction projects in the UAE. The role involves managing all phases of fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to deliver within time and cost constraints
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle proactively and efficiently
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and clients
- Ensure procurement of materials aligns with project specifications and timelines
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and adherence to company values
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 8-15 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills
