mselect is looking to hire a Marketing Project Manager for an international fintech client in Amman, Jordan. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in sports marketing, advertising agencies and media agencies, financial services experience is a strong plus. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
We are seeking talented professionals to join our team in August for a 1-year contract based in Amman, Jordan. This role offers the opportunity to support client on high-profile related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, creative agencies, media agencies, and the client team regarding asset utilization and campaign execution
  • Lead the end-to-end management of marketing briefs, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables are communicated across all agency partners and delivered on time
  • Oversee the full marketing cycle, including briefing, approvals, production, and post-campaign reporting
  • Ensure all creative material and campaign assets are pre-approved by client in accordance with guidelines and brand standards
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of on-ground activations, media campaigns and digital initiatives as per timelines set and with the needed stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to the client asset and ensure alignment with global and local marketing strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
  • +7 years’ experience in sports marketing, advertising agency and media agency
  • Financial services experience is a strong plus
  • Proven experience working with and managing marketing agencies, with a strong understanding of campaign cycles, marketing briefs and the approval process
  • Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver results in tight timelines
  • Familiarity with the global sports sponsorship framework
