Job Objective
To lead the planning and execution of the organization's marketing strategy by strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement. The role ensures that all campaigns, materials, and initiatives align with business objectives, product positioning, and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking (pricing, offers, campaigns)
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for insurance products
- Ensure brand consistency and governance across all channels and materials
- Plan and manage digital and offline campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of the marketing budget
- Oversee the development of promotional materials, brochures, videos, and presentations
- Manage the company website and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and conversion
- Provide the sales team with tailored campaigns, sales kits, and tools to strengthen acquisition and retention
- Align marketing initiatives with sales targets and branch-level activities
- Organize customer education workshops, seminars, and community engagement activities
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team (digital, content, and coordinator)
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners
- Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI, and provide regular performance reports to the Head of Commercial/CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in campaign management, brand building, and digital marketing
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement platforms
- Budget management and performance reporting proficiency
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English
- Willingness to travel across branches and attend external events
