Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence, support client campaigns, and drive business growth. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and strong knowledge of advertising and media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals
- Manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver effective client campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media partners, and vendors
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
- For Lebanese candidates: graduates from USJ, NDU, or USEK are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Advertising or Marketing industry post-graduation
- Strong understanding of media strategy and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
