Job Objective
Responsible for driving awareness of a company’s products and services via digital channels such as online advertising and social media. Work within the marketing team, plan and execute digital campaigns, monitor their success and report results back to business leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand
- Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members
- Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goals
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns
- Analyze social media campaigns with a tracking system to evaluate efficacy and areas for improvement
- Assist the operations department during the launches of new products and events
- Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customer segments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Computer software proficiency
- Flexibility working with tight schedules and weekends
- Proficiency with content creation and planning
