Job Purpose
The role is responsible for analyzing client requirements and designing customized logistics solutions that meet both operational and business needs. This includes close collaboration with sales, operations, and clients to optimize supply chain efficiency and support the implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client operational data to design optimized logistics solutions (processes, layouts, resources, and costs)
- Support RFQs by developing warehousing solutions, layouts, cost models, and pricing inputs
- Assist in warehouse layout design using CAD and logistics modeling tools
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including tables, diagrams, and process flows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, BD, IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement)
- Participate in client presentations and solution reviews
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation reviews
- Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and logistics modelling concepts
- Professional English speaker (written and verbal), able to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (internships or academic projects acceptable for junior level)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar layout tools
- Familiarity with logistics simulation, optimization tools, and Lean concepts
- A master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
