MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Health, Safety and Environment and Security:
- Ensure compliance to affiliate Health Safety Environment (HSE) rules (Procedures, Instructions) related to Site
- Safety, Road Safety (speed limits, safety belt).
- Implement Security principles along Security Department, by using the dedicated software tool (screening of
- Personnel and visitors Identity Card, certificates, training validity).
Sustainability:
- Actively participate in sustainability studies within the logistics department and also with local contractors. Studies including fuel consumption reduction, and skills development in Iraq.
Operations:
- Organize the staff transport, from/to Basra, Production Site, site field, Accommodation camp, Project locations, and any other destinations (Ministries, BOC offices, Contractor’s offices, etc.).
- Capture/ log transport information (names, vehicles data, journey numbers) for local and expatriates (coordination with Security dept.) in dedicated Journey Management/Personnel on Board software (or Excel).
- Deliver (through POB software or Excel) badges, applying safety and security rules (certificates and induction validity).
- Prepare transport for movement equipment in the Journey Management tool (equipment transfers between client facilities: Production Site and drilling sites, production site, Projects sites, Contractors)
- Prepare reports and related statistics
- Participate in the contractors’ selection process based on affiliate standards.
Key performance Indicators KPIs:
- Produce Key performance Indicators (KPIs) related to road safety and Transport Contractors.
- Propose action plans to improve contractor’s efficiency
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, with least 3-5 years of professional experience in transport, logistics, Computer Science or Language equivalent.
- Field experience of personnel transport, Experience in Security is a plus.
- Highly proficient in of Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Power Point). Autonomous with excellent knowledge of English language (Oral and written).
