Job Summary
The candidate is primarily responsible for defining and implementing the JV’s growth strategy in the parking management and adjacent services. This role ensures effective governance, maximises value creation, and maintains strong relationships with all key stakeholders, while safeguarding the organisation’s strategic and financial interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Contribution: Support the development and implementation of the strategies aligned with the organisation’s objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, or risk mitigation within the investment structure; Spearhead growth, including but not limited to opportunities with: Cross-selling and synergies among JV shareholders, Related parties & Third parties
- Governance and Oversight: Monitor performance and compliance with shareholder agreements; Participate in board meetings and committees as appropriate, representing the organisation’s interests
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, shareholder agreements, and the organisation’s policies; Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters as needed
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial and operational roles in parking management or related businesses
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant experience in high-profile stakeholder management in the UAE
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, contract management, and risk assessment
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and with diverse teams
