Job Purpose
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing and advertising team in Basra. The ideal candidate will have strong visual communication skills, the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs, and experience creating engaging materials for both print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for marketing, social media, branding, and advertising purposes
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and other design materials that align with brand identity and creative direction
- Assist in maintaining consistency across all digital and print materials
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to enhance visual storytelling
- Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines
- Keep up with emerging design trends and new tools in the industry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and layout principles
- Experience in social media content design is an advantage
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
