Job Purpose
A leading distribution company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative (Pre-Sales) to join the sales team. The role is responsible for visiting clients, promoting company products, and supporting sales growth within the assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers within the assigned sales route in Al-Rusafa
- Present and promote company products to existing and potential customers
- Implement sales strategies and ensure proper product merchandising
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers
- Collect orders and coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or diploma required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales or field sales
- Have knowledge of sales principles and product merchandising techniques
- Basic mathematical and calculation skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Must own a personal car
- Must be a resident of the Al-Rusafa area
