mselect is looking to hire a Facilities Management Planner for an international oil and gas operator in Basrah. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in facilities management. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

JOB OBJECTIVE
Overseeing, reporting and day to day supervision of accommodation planning, utilization and occupancy status within Oil Field camps: PC, KC and TMC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining the accommodation planning and record management through the utilization of the Global Logistics Movement System (GLMS)
  • Coordinate with Facilities Management Team to ensure FM Service Providers takes and completes all maintenance tasks within Service Level Agreements
  • Generate and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics for FM businesses
  • Responsible of coordinating all FM Meetings, record and distribute minutes of same
  • Ensure contractors comply with relevant AOS Facilities management procedure and policy
  • Establish, develop, and maintain electronic filing systems for FM department, covering all POB sheets, bed planning records and maintenance activates and other necessary on job requirements
  • Responsibilities also include general administrative duties supporting the rotational plans, arrangement of onboarding & trainings, monthly timesheets and assisting with other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATION

Education:
  • BSc degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, camp management, contract management function handling all contract management issues, finances, cost estimates, VOWD, service orders
Experience:
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Facilities Management function as a supervisor, assistant or Coordinator
  • Proven ability to operate with minimum supervision in a site execution environment, including good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
  • GLMS training and or certification
  • Intermediate Skill in Using Microsoft applications including (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate with minimum supervision in a site execution environment
  • Team player and flexible to work after hours
