mselect is looking to hire a Customer Order and Fulfilment Specialist for a major international energy client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the energy industry. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Description Summary
Preparation of shipping documents, presentations and all LC/ECA related documentation.  Responsible for Iraq bank guarantees portfolio (Issuance, extension, closure, and reporting). Follow-up with Iraqi Ministry of Electricity, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Planning and local banks on financial closure aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Maintain and develop a connection with the Ministry of Electricity / Department of contracts and investment by the daily follow up on the cash collection issues
  • Drive a culture of ownership and accountability by having a daily follow-up with the CPMs/CSMs on cash collection and LCs
  • Support the CFL on the issuance of Letter of Credit and work on any amendments that are required
  • Prepare documents required to fulfil the cash collection requirements as per signed contracts
  • Follow-up with JPM doc prep team on documents for shipments being handled by them
  • Prepare trackers, dashboards reports updating the Finance team and OTR management with status, plans and actions for cash collection and all related processes

Required Qualifications
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably accounting
  • Well knowledge in Iraqi Ministry of Electricity contracts and Iraq's governmental regulations
  • Experience in trade banking and LCs documentation, presentation, and cash collection
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic Languages
