mselect is looking to hire an AV/HA Technician for an international retail client in Mosul. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in home appliance repair and installation. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares plans or installation of equipment and determines necessary Tools & requirements for operation, and makes sure to keep it in a good condition
- Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
- Determine safety factors for the operation of equipment and design necessary needs for safety and working flow
- Make a proper inspection, and checks the warranty status, repairs history, and other requirements, before proceeding with the repair process
- Collect all the required evidence as requested by the Client warranty and technical team
- Make sure to keep the defective replaced part in the same condition for audit purposes
- Make sure to request the proper spare parts and any other required materials in order to repair the products within Client standards
- Keep updating the service order status to match the physical situation and take action
- Following the workshop process & procedures
- Make sure to follow the troubleshooting method, which is mentioned in the service manual provided by Company through System
- Maintain all company goals and KPIs
- Uses schematic diagrams provided by company for Level 3 repairs
- Reports all quality and repeated repair problems to Operation Manager
- Attending all requested training to improve repair skills
- Serve customer(s) in the proper way following Client policies for In Home/Carry In orders
- Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor
- Provide a professional repair and maintenance way to insure high quality of repair, with minimum parts and cost
- Repair and install all Home appliances devices (TV, REF, WM, AC and others)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of repairing/installing home appliances
- Ability to use PC, and MS
- Ability to read and follow manuals and repair guides
- Ability to determine repair/maintenance needs and inspect completed work to make sure that it meets operating and safety standards
- Ability to read, write, understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all involved parties
- Basic English knowledge. (Reading & Writing)
- Car Driving license
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / College in related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in home appliance repair and installation
- Client products 1 year or more experience is preferable
