mselect is looking to hire an Account Manager for a consultancy client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, facility management, and procurement. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, establishing and nurturing positive relationships.
- Oversee all aspects of facility management for the client, including maintenance, cleaning, and transportation teams.
- Efficiently process the client’s daily procurement requests.
- Manage vendor relations to ensure procurement is in line with the client's requirements at the most competitive prices.
- Perform daily inspections of the facility management team and provide the client with weekly inspection reports.
- Address all client inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise during daily operations.
Key Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, facility management, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Fluency in both English and Kurdish. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
