This intermediate-level training is designed for participants who already have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and want to strengthen their skills for more professional applications. The course introduces tools and techniques to manage, analyze, and present data effectively, while enhancing productivity and efficiency. Participants will learn how to work with functions, charts, data management features, and essential analysis tools, making Excel a powerful resource in daily work.

Day 3 – Data Management Tools
Sorting and filtering data (basic to advanced)
Creating and managing tables
Data validation for accuracy and consistency
Using Flash Fill and AutoFill for efficiency
Day 4 – Charts and Visualization
Creating different chart types (column, line, pie, combo charts)
Customizing charts for effective presentation
Conditional formatting for visual impact
Introduction to Sparklines
Day 5 – Analysis and Productivity Tools
What-If Analysis (Goal Seek, Scenario Manager, Data Tables)
Introduction to PivotTables and PivotCharts
