Course methodology

The course will include a series of presentations, as well as a variety of group work activities, discussions, various exercises and tasks facilitated by the trainer. The delegates will go through multiple case studies and individual assignments, allowing them to test out their knowledge regarding HRM function and determine the level of administration skills
