Trainer Bio

Mansour Al Baghdadi is a Chartered MCIPD HR leader with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Syria. He specialises in HR strategy, organisational development, change management, and leadership capability building. Mansour holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University and is fluent in English and Arabic.

He currently serves as Global Senior Partner, People & Culture at BP in London, advising senior executives, leading major transformation projects, and driving global talent, DE&I, and leadership development priorities. Mansour is recognised for delivering practical, business-focused HR solutions that strengthen performance and elevate employee experience. Before joining bp, he delivered 26+ consulting projects across Europe and the Middle East and trained more than 3,000 HR and management professionals, designing complete HR frameworks including organisation structures, rewards, job families, and performance models.

Prerequisites

Interested candidates:

  • Must have minimum 3 years experience in the HR field

  • Must have received previous training in HR
