Course Overview

  • Practical exercises: reading and interpreting body language in scenarios

  • Case studies: body language in leadership, teamwork, and customer interactions

Day 2: Using Body Language Effectively

  • Aligning verbal and non-verbal communication

  • Projecting confidence, authority, and approachability

  • Body language in presentations, meetings, and interviews

  • Handling difficult conversations and negotiations

  • Cultural considerations in body language

  • Role-playing and group exercises to practice effective body language

  • Action planning: applying body language skills in the workplace
