MSELECT is looking to hire a Training Lead for a consultancy client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Kurdish and English.
Job Description
The training lead will carry out the following responsibilities
- Onboarding new users on as required
- Delivering top training on to target stakeholders
- Overseeing other trainers and maintaining quality assurance over all aspects of training at all times
- Growing training team and actively engaging in the hiring of new trainers
- Providing regular progress updates to the Head of organization, the Director General of Public Accounting
- Maintain good knowledge of the system as well as a high proficiency in financial transformation training
- Participate in regular meetings with the Head, assessing and addressing issues, and facilitating collaboration between the stakeholders
- Help solve technical problems users may face either during training or directing users to where appropriate assistance can be found
- Identify and recommend improvements toward efficient and effective operations to the Head of department
- Assisting in the logistics of setting up and delivering training
The ideal candidate should possess the following experience and skills
- Three years of Proven experience in change management and delivering user training
- Proven experience as a trainer within international organization’s
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Communication, presentation, organization, time management, and public speaking skills
- Proven experience of problem-solving skills to accurately identify issues and resolve them
- Attention to detail and commitment to going the extra mile to produce results
- Willingness to learn and implement new processes
- Previous experience of recruitment and team building is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office, proficiency in an e-learning software is an asset
- Certification as a corporate trainer is an asset
- Fluency in Kurdish and English is a must
