Job Purpose
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved, guiding sales representatives, and supporting the overall growth of residential unit sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the real estate sales team
- Set and follow up on individual and team sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance
- Support sales reps in client meetings and deal-closing
- Ensure proper handling of client inquiries and follow-ups
- Oversee the presentation and promotion of residential units
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams
- Ensure smooth execution of unit handovers
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training for team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in team leadership or supervision is required
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Arabic fluency is required; English and Kurdish are a plus
- Good experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
